Get Out The Vote

Tuesday, November 3 is general election day.  Every voice and every vote counts. Our goal is to be a 100% voting congregation

At stake are elections for:

• Governor
• US Senator
• All US House members
• Florida Senate and House
• State Cabinet
• State Supreme Court and Appellate Courts
• Municipal Elections and School Board
• State Ballot Measures

• The General Election is Tuesday, November 3, polls are open 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Voter Registration deadline is October 5. You can register online or by mail. Click here for more information.
• Vote-by-mail ballot request deadline is October 22
• Early Voting in Miami-Dade County is October 19 to November 1.
• Vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the Supervisor of Elections Office by 7:00 pm on November 3. They can be mailed or dropped off at the Supervisor of Elections office in Doral. Mail by October 27 to ensure timely delivery.
  
  

  Election Day
  On Election Day, you may only vote at your assigned precinct as shown on your voter registration card. Please check carefully, as many precincts have changed, and you may have received a new voter registration card.  You can also check your assigned precinct here.

  
  Special Note: The new Florida law requiring documentary proof of citizenship will not affect the 2026 elections because it is not effective until January 1, 2027.

  Vote-by-Mail

  The deadline to request vote-by-mail ballots is October 22. Request ballot and learn more. Your ballot must be received by the Supervisor by 7:00 pm on Election Day. You may also drop them off in person at any early voting site during the early voting time. On election day, you can only return the ballots to the Supervisor of Elections by 7:00 pm to:

  • Office of the Supervisor of Elections
    2700 NW 87th Avenue, Miami, FL 33172
  • SOE Branch Office located at the Stephen P. Clark Center
    111 NW 1st Street, Lobby, Miami, FL 33128

  It is suggested that you obtain a vote-by-mail ballot even if you plan to vote in person. You do not have to use it, and if you vote in person, you must turn in the unused vote-by-mail ballot when you go to the polling place.

  All vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the Supervisor by 7:00 pm on November 3. No late ballots will be accepted, even if postmarked before November 3. You can track your ballot to make sure it was received and counted with this link.

  Early Voting

  Early Voting is from Monday, October 19 to Sunday, November 1. Locations and times vary. You do not vote at your regular precinct but at the early voting locations. Check the Supervisor of Elections link below for times and locations. More information can be found here.

  All voters, especially those who plan to vote early should review their customized sample ballot ahead of time, research candidates and questions and be properly informed before heading to the polls. They should take a screenshot or print their sample ballot, make their selections, and bring it with them. Being prepared in advance will help expedite the voting process.
