“Catch Your Runner’s Chai with TBS Running Club”
Race Day: April 23, 2026
Team Captain Rachel Unger will lead all practices. We will meet outside the security gate at TBS on Sunday mornings at 8:30 am
The TBS Running Club will meet on six Sundays leading up to the Lexus Corporate Run in Miami on April 23, 2026, to build consistency, confidence, and community among runners of all levels. Each Sunday session will last approximately 60 minutes and follow a familiar rhythm: a brief welcome and check-in, a guided warm-up, a group run with optional pace groups (run, jog, or walk/jog), a cool-down and stretch, and time to connect over chai.
Sunday, March 8 at 8:30 am

This session will emphasize mindset, confidence, and team spirit, ending with a group photo and final encouragement. RSVP
Sunday, April 12 at 8:30 am

Sunday, April 19 at 8:30 am
The sixth and final meeting will take place on Sunday, April 19 and will serve as a light pre-race shakeout run. This short, easy run will focus on staying loose, calming nerves, and reinforcing team spirit. The session will end with encouragement, final reminders, and a strong “Runner’s Chai” send-off ahead of race week. RSVP
Between Sunday meet-ups, participants will be encouraged to run two to three short sessions per week and stay connected through a group message for motivation, reminders, and shared “Runner’s Chai” moments. During race week, runners will focus on light movement, rest, hydration, and showing up together on April 23 ready to run, support one another, and have fun as a team.
